Do you have a CVS near you? If so did you get the Craig MP3 players? We got two of them and also got the $20 GC back. I must say if these were not free, I would definitely be returning them, even for $10 each, to me they are not worth it. We got the smaller one 2.8" screen instead of the 4.3" screen because our CVS did not have the bigger one. Now after reading all the troubles people are having on the bigger one, I'm also glad we got the smaller one.

No I don't have a CVS by me. So sorry you are having so many problems with the MP3's great deal you got just wish they worked better for you :)
